took the gun to school to intimidate bullies and had no intention of pulling the trigger. baltimore county investigators could not confirm claims that gladden is a victim of bullying. 17-year-old daniel bowery -- daniel borowy suffered a gunshot wound to his back and was just recently released from the hospital. according to the indictment, several others suffered minor injuries during the commotion. gladden looked just like this photo as he arrived at circuit court in towson for a bail review. he was charged with attempted first-degree murder. doctors examine his mental health. his attorneys tell the judge he is on a suicide watch. his attorneys asked for a postponement of the bail review until they had a chance to look at the doctors' report. they also asked the judge to order a report on his own life. they will use all that information to argue for bail. >> the base will begin the basic issue is the fact that he is -- the basic issue is that he can be rehabilitated. these are the kind of things the corps will be asked to consider it some point. >> according to his attorneys, he a
